At Madhuri Lifestyle, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. We sell embroidered sarees, lehenga choli, gowns, dupatta sets, and other ethnic wear products. We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

Returns

We accept return requests only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us with your Order ID, product details, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the request and confirm whether the product is eligible for return.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with original tags, packaging, and accessories. Products that have been used, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or returned without original tags may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

Customised, personalised, stitched, altered, made-to-order, clearance, final-sale, or products specifically marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Minor differences in colour, embroidery placement, threadwork, texture, or embellishment may occur due to the nature of ethnic and embroidered products and may not qualify as a defect.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend taking photos/videos of the package before opening it, especially if the package appears damaged or tampered with.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used for the order. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Shipping charges and other non-refundable charges, if applicable, may not be refunded unless the issue was caused by an error from Madhuri Lifestyle.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed, customised, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been shipped or customised, cancellation may not be possible.
