Damaged Product Returns

We accept returns only for products that are received damaged or defective. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us with your Order ID, product details, and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and confirm return eligibility.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos/videos of the package and product immediately after delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please record an opening video.

After verification, if the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

We do not provide refunds. Only exchange is available for eligible damaged or defective products.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that are used, worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

Minor differences in colour, embroidery placement, threadwork, texture, or embellishment may occur due to the nature of ethnic and embroidered products and will not be considered product damage.

Exchange

Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. The replacement product will be shipped after successful verification.

If the same product is unavailable, our team will contact you regarding the available exchange options.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed, customised, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been shipped or customised, cancellation may not be possible.
